I was not originally going to include the first 3-level chapter 
since it is incomplete; however, there are some fun ideas that
folks might enjoy (or steal), so, hey, why not?  For the record,
MAP03 is playable and does contain an exit, but the level is
very much unfinished (which is why selecting the Apophis 
menu option starts the player on MAP04).  Still, if you are
keen on the entire experience, you can IDCLEV to MAP01.
